Glad we went with this option. My youngest is 7 and still not the best at swimming. Needed something simple just for reassurance in deeper water in a pool. It's surprisingly hard to find a simple vest that zips for kids over the age of 6 or weighing over 55lbs that isn't a full blown coast gaurd approved life vest with buckles etc. And just for swimming pool use. This was one of about 3 options for her weight range the other ones the prints were hideous or almost seemed like a baby would wear the design. This had all the elements we wanted, my daughter doesn't mind wearing it just in case because its not huge, she can put it on/ take off by herself and it does help keep her afloat. Weight range I believe is 55-80 lbs so definetely designed for a slighlty older child. Fits nicely when she has it on, snug, not tight and not bulky like a life jacket ( she is 57 lbs and average height for her age) We just didn't need something crazy big for supervised swimming. Worth the money, kid approved!

We needed a swim vest that supported a larger weight limit for our 5 year old. Most of the swim vest have a max weight of 60lbs so this was a great find. It's super light weight, keeps his head above water without completely keeping him afloat so he can still learn how to swim. He finds it comfortable although it is somewhat short. Would recommend!

This was true to size for my little girl. It fit perfect and she looked and moved comfortably both in and out of the water. The zipper can be a little tricky and needs to catch right for it to go up but that was something easily overlooked. What I was most concerned about was that the zipper stayed up--which it did!

The quality is good and for the price you can’t beat that as well. My kids love using it in the pool and it’s easy to put on.

Good buoyancy but hand movements are restricted while swimming.

Fit my grandson perfectly. Performed as described.

I wish the jacket could be made tight around the chest because otherwise it rises above the neck, making the child uncomfortable. Other than that, it does its job well and is a good quality product.
