The replacement lens that Brainy Trade sent me was defective, the screw hole on the side was too big. The whole time i was trying to fix it i thought it was another problem in my ps3 but it was just this screw hole. Thanks for the big waste of time Brainy Trade!

I couldn't get it to work. There were probably bigger problems with the ps3 than just the lens assy.

If you need a replacement - they work great. Not the bad kind that are DOA. Ships from NY, NY...which is not listed on his page or in the listings. So I did not know how long to expect shipping. Was 20.88 then. cheaper now even. regular shipping to DFW, Texas in city was 6 working days. Plugged it in and did not work at first..reconnected everything again- worked fine. Must have been the slim connector not on correctly. Nothing wrong since- used for 2 months now.

replaced the old one in my ps3 a while ago and has worked great since. no problems at all and is running like new again. i would recommend not installing it yourself unless you know what your doing. packaging was great, it was surrounded with foam in a small box so i know that wasn't any moving around or rattling during shipping which is great

After trying to clean it by opening up the system and cleaning the lens it still did'nt work, I knew I had to swap out the lens. Got it delivered, put it in, and game booted perfectly. Top product to fix any ps3 lens issue.
