Not ready for prime time
Good idea but it just doesn't work. Easy to hook up, one cable USB to your cars outlet and that's it. From there on, the issues start. It's ok if you want only wireless Carplay. It works for that. BUT the issue is, it's expensive for only that. There're many other cheaper alternatives only for that. So the real problem is the Netflix/Youtube/Video part which makes this thing expensive and unique. These features are on a separate screen. Impossible to make them connect to iphone 13 plus pro hot spot. Impossible to type the passwords for Netxlix for example without a touchscreen. Just a hassle all around. After 2 hours playing , to no success with it, I am returning it!

Initial Impressions
Initial instillation was documented, and went smoothly. The wireless carplay worked as expected. When it comes to the additional features like Netflix, Utube, and the USB Flash drive, Any meaningful decimation was woefully lacking. The manual touches on how to connect to a hotspot from your phone, but details are pretty short. Then the fun starts. Normally I go to Utube in situations like this, but this product is not on Utube. If you're the kind of person that loves pushing random buttons without a clue what they do, you'll be delighted with this product. After over a hour of fooling with it, I was finally able to make all the different functions work. (Only in the garage though.) The unit gets uncomfortably hot too. I read somewhere the upper temp range is 158 degrees, so maybe 'HOT' is normal? Another thing I particularly don't like is, to connect to anything other than carplay, It will completely disconnect carplay. To return to carplay, it has to go through the connection process again. Working with the Netflex and Utube apps through a hotspot connection, the video was jumpy. (That might have been due to me being in the garage though.) What I think I will be using the most, other than carplay, is the USB flash drive. Good luck finding the files, and how to activate them, Once you figure that out, it seems to work well with both video and music. Bottom line is, I'm keeping the unit but, if it had come with DETAILED instructions covering all of it's features, I would have given it 4 stars. I just changed my rating to 5 stars. The manufacture sent me the nicest, detailed, response that addressed my concerns. Made me feel like they had my back as opposed to sitting on a island by myself. They also sent me a more detailed manual they had made for the product, which I found helpful. Apparently my unit is operating under the normal heat range, so no concerns there. This dongle does work as advertised, and you will be happy with it.

Great buy!
What an amazing device. Easy setup and I was able to download all my apps. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!

Sadly doesn't work on my old Pioneer radio.. :'( **UPDATE**
I wanted to love this and use this, but it doesn't work on my old Pioneer radio. :'(I plugged this into my data port in my car and nothing happened. Nothing shows up. I just get a blue light on the device. Probably my car stereo is picky and doesn't understand this device. My current phone is a Samsung Galaxy S22+. And it also doesn't work on it either! My old Galaxy S8 works just fine! Might be that since it's going on 6 years old, maybe they changed the way the Android Auto handshakes with the radio to enable it. And maybe this device does the same as my current phone.Anyway I really wanted to like this device and use it, but sadly my stereo doesn't see it. :'(On a side note, it did work fine in a family member's Jeep. I couldn't figure out how to connect it to the Bluetooth to use Android Auto. So I just called it a day with this product. So unless the company behind it can figure out how to get my stereo to handshake with the device, I'll be sending this thing back and trying something cheaper!**UPDATE**The company has reached out to me and we came up with a solution that we believed it was the USB port on my car and my aftermarket radio not providing enough power to my new phone and keeping them from booting into the Android Auto program! They were so awesome in helping me, they sent the USB cable almost next day air. Sadly with my busy life, it took me a while to test it out. But sure enough they were right!! With the USB splitter, my new S22 Ultra now boots into AA, and this device should as well! I will reorder and try it out, now that I believe it should work now. I love when companies go the extra mile, especially when they didn't have to!!I hope this helps others that have a non-factory radio in their cars and have the same issue as I did!

Connecting to Wifi could be an issue sometimes.
It takes a while to connect to wifi but if it disconnects for some reason you will have to forget saved wifi/hotspot connection restart it and type password again which could be a problem if you have to do it every time.
