I have absolutely no idea why melatonin is in this spray. It doesnt work like that. But as to the chamomile and lavender, lovely idea. It's light, and the scent will fade but it is a lovely way to climb in bed and unwind. I find it calming and comforting. Just a light mist before bed and it will last for a while. Dont use too much! You only need a light misting. I have not noticed any damage to fabrics. I am using these as stocking stuffers...what a great idea! A useful little gift and a great value.

I love every product made by Dr. Teal, and this is no exception. I spray a little on my nightgown just before I go to bed and immediately feel more relaxed. Not much is needed. The lavender scent is soothing and not too strong. I'm on my 4th container and will be buying more. Highly recommend for relaxation and a good nights sleep.

I use it every night and spray on my pillows, and even sometimes spray it on my clothes. It smells quite nice but I feel like it doesn’t last super long. Either way I like it and would buy again

This stuff works!! The calming effect works very quickly, so now have a bottle of this in 3 places in my home. The scent is mild and lovely.

It's a beautiful calming scent and feels sophisticated. The scent doesn't last too long but you get a lot of spray out of each bottle. I keep spraying it throughout the day to enjoy it while working. And I feel assured by the reputation of Dr. Teal's. I would love it if there are more scent flavors from Dr. Teal's!
