I used it as a shim and cut to size based on my need. Looks like it will last.

I don't know how I got by without these for so long. They're light enough to carry a couple in your hoodie pocket and make cutting firewood so much easier. I drive them in the top of the cut when I'm bucking up a tree so it doesn't pinch my saw. It's amazing just how much force that can be applied. I had a few narrow steel wedges but these composite wedges are the real deal. I have already hit a couple with my chain with no damage to the chain. I absolutely love these. I bought the 8" long wedges and they seem to be just about right for what I needed. I'll buy more when I need them.

Finally found the right wedge for the right price. Cuts like it should when a chain makes contact with it but locks into a cut and holds up to a maul when driving them into cut. Good wedges.

This is a quality product works just like I hoped it would. I use it for splitting logs would definitely recommend this product

Not a super long wedge, but cheap, work good, don't break in sub freezing, and the carry bag is actually decent!

I’m sure this items will work but the seller had the nerve to send a returned item which was super dirty. I will wash it but the fact that the seller thought it was ok to do this… disappointed
