Notebook was defective, thin, cheap, had bubbles and ripples in the outside pocket sleeve and on the inside of the notebook. The plastic wasn't even flat covering the thin, cheap, inferior cardboard. In all my thousands of purchases on Amazon, this was the grossest, nastiest, cheapest, absolute piece of garbage I've ever received. I can't believe the seller would send such an item to Amazon to sell and I can't believe an Amazon packer would think it was 'okay' to ship such an obviously beat up, defective piece of merchandise to ANYONE.

My binder arrived in a oversized bag with no protection.The front cover was bent from bottom to top in the middle and looked like some one had sat on it. This was not a large expense, but it still took my time, attention and energy. It's the principle. I live in a retirement village and we are STILL on shut down. I have had to turn to the internet for many of our supple and food needs. They asked me take a picture of the damaged item. I explained I did not own a camera or smart phone. We are not allowed to mingle with our neighbors out side our apartments. I could not borrow one. I asked for a replacement. After many conversations I just told them to forget it. They reluctantly finally gave me a whole a whole 40 % off my order. I think this whole thing was extremely insensitive.

Came with inside plastic pocket torn. Too much of a hassle to go through the return/replace process. I feel like on this type of item for the volume of stuff that we order that you should be able to send a picture of the defect and get a replacement.

I ordered the green binder.The 1st one was torn about an inch on the top of the seam. So they offered a refund and a replacement. Cool. Thank you. So now I received the second binder and the plastic on the seam on the inside on the same spot has come apart. Almost looks like someone cut it with a razor blade. And the cover is all bubbled.I just don't understand why people try sell items like this. I'll be looking for binders elsewhere for my office.these are definitely just going to the recycling bin! Not a good look for a workspace.

Color is nice and vibrant. It's quite flimsy and sloppily made which is why I guess it was $9.99 compared to $19.99 and up for others. I was happy to pay that but it came with inside pocket already ripped and the seams dont look like they will last terribly long-term. It's binding metal is nice and clasps good so thats a plus. It's fine for my purpose as a budget binder. It's probably actually worth $5.99 maybe $7.99. I hope it lasts a year. Don't buy if you need it to be holding heavy paper and super full. Def not going to be long lasting. Invest in the pricier ones if that's what you need

I bought this to replace a folder my daughter has where one of the rings stopped closing and paper kept coming out when she used it. This folder arrived with a ring that had a good sized gap, bigger than the issue we had. The metal is strong and would not bend by hand. My husband used a hammer to bend the metal to get it to close. Now we know we can fix this type of issue with a hammer.

Okay as a casual use item - but not eligible for a 5**** with ring mechanism. Cover material is adequate - but not above average by any means. Knock a couple bucks off the price and its an okay purchase. Better snap ring sturdiness and I would go as high as a 4****. I would look for a better product if you have serious need for a quality binder.

I love this binder. I especially love that it is pink, as pink is my favorite color. I decided to use this binder to store my Spirit Halloween animatronic stories in. I love that the animatronics from there now come with stories, as I can now learn more information about them. The only Spirit Halloween animatronic I have as of right now is Double Trouble, or as I call them, the Trouble Twins. I will definitely be buying more of them in the future, as I collect them and I can't wait to see what they come up with next. This binder is wonderful and I would recommend it to anybody.

It’s okay for what I need I just needed a cheap small binder for a couple loose sheets there is a weird plastic wrap attached to it but doesn’t really bother me

Very thin. Both the binder front and back were curved-in so much that they were touching each other. The vinyl coating was also dented and bunched up in places. Sending it back!

This sucks. I bought it for the colour but the clear plastic that covers the outside (that you can slide papers into) is weird and bubbly. It doesn’t sit flat against the binder. Just go to Dollarama.

The product appears to be well constructed and has enormous rings for the three ring binder. It is as advertised.

Je suis déçue. La pellicule de plastique claire qui est faite pour insérer une feuille en page couverture est horrible. On dirait que ça a déjà été utilisé. J'ai commandé le même en jaune il y a quelques mois et il était ok. Celui ci est une horreur.
