I first saw this on TV and liked it so much that I bought it on DVD to watch again and again. I got so much more out of it when I repeated it. "Sheriff John Breaker and his son Cal reunite after the Civil War to track down a fellow veteran, now a notorious gang leader". It has some good lessons to teach by a very good man. The resulting conflict will give you your excitement for the day as good conquers evil.

The storyline jumps back and forth in trying to make a fair story believable. There are good Civil War Battle engagements, but some mistakes are made in the type of equipment used. Some battle violence that is handled well and is not too graphic, I'd rate it a solid 3.5/5.

I didn't know Jesus Christ came back in the mid 1800's? This had to be written by a lib that believes talking is the answer for every situation. With someone that mean and evil, why would anyone take a chance that he would harm more people. These movies that have Mexican stand offs and the good guy puts his weapon down without any possible alternative recourse is really lame. In a non fiction situation I'm pretty sure he would have shot all of them. Remember, he and his gang just murdered most of a family which I will take the liberty of assuming where unarmed when they did. If the writer didn't want us to believe he was that evil then he wouldn't have written it that way.

This is a quality & very interesting movie. If you enjoy movies where the men look like men & the women look like women, this movie will not disappoint This will be old fashioned eye candy for you & will be a movie you will be happy to have in your DVD collection of great movies. This movie does not have a lot of gore & gruesome death. So if your looking for the newer, blood gushing from the head movies, this movie won't be for you! It will keep you in suspense, intrigue with lots of enjoyment. Bring on the Popcorn!

We’re part of a reenacting group and we bought this because some of our friends were in the movie. Being a fan of Neil McDonough, I wasn’t impressed. The story jumps around A LOT and is very hard to follow. The flashbacks are so similar to the present day setting in the look/costume/aging of the characters in the movie, you’re not sure if you’re watching something from years ago or if it’s present day in the story. Confusing. But we still got to see our friends in a movie! So it’s good enough simply for that reason.

A Highly rated western that keeps on giving. Five Mile Cave was an entertaining western. WARRANT is a GREAT western , the STARS as they will be remembered as from now on, the story the plot & the EXCITEMENT though out makes this a MUST SEE WESTERN of the year. WESTERN lovers and. COWBOY BUFFS everywhere will flock to this WOW MOViE, I t has been along time coming.......ENJOY! Jerome Harris

A real PLODDER! This "movie" left me cold!! The action, during the CIVIL WAR was obviously done by reenactors rather than using REAL actors and it gave new meaning to the word BORING! The "real?" action when it finally happens was so poorly choreographed that I had to check the credits to see if they used a fifth grade class to accomplish the task. I spent $10.00 on the DVD and that was $9.99 too much. I would recommend saving your money on this one. I gave it one star because that's as low as I could go. A Robin Williams movie line came to mind: "They could show this to insomniacs who don't respond to strong drugs!"

Watched both warrant movies and enjoyed them.
