The taste is wonderful but I almost died choking on a chia seed on the stair climber. And I didn't feel like it energized me all that much.

I bought this product because I needed something for my long runs. I have a very sensitive intestinal tract and cannot tolerate the normal gels that most runners use. This worked great for me and I love the taste. I could feel the extra energy I needed during my run and highly recommend it.

Difficult to use in a bottle or hydration pack. Kind of chunky with chia seeds. If not for that it was decent. Prefer a different texture but functionally seems decent on hydration.

Unlike the other product this product was pretty impressive . Would use it again just wish they give u more than 20 servings that won't even last a full month.

I have been using this product for a month now and I love it. I have never used an intra workout before and so far I am a fan. I can continue to workout for as long as I want. I do not need energy drinks or coffee for quite some time even after my workout and in to my 12 to 14 hour work schedule. It does not give you the skin tingles, jitters, crawling feeling, heart beating out of your chest but just focus and a heighten sense of ability to continue. Just energy. I will continue using this product for a long time.

"Paleo"? Really? Check carb, protein, fat ....a carb bomb. And did you know chia seeds swell with water? ... good luck with a poppet valve on your water bottle.

My husband is a roofer and would get dehydrated very easy. He always came home with a headache and in a bad mood. He has been using this for a month now and has come home feeling great. He has tried so many other products but this is the only one that works for him.

I just received this product. There is 1 inch of powder in the container. .That is it. This is a waste of money. Do not buy this product.
