I was looking for a nice, durable, backpack with extra space because my last backpack was way too small and causing shoulder/back pain. I work in a school and I carry many things with me during the day. This backpack fits everything... AND THEN SOME! There is a place for everything I need in my bag and it really helps me stay organized. I love that it has several pockets and I am able to easily find my items without searching for them at the bottom. I used it as my main work bag everyday for 2 months, and it has yet to disappoint. I like that it is has a sturdy frame and keeps shape when left open or closed. It has two cup holders, one on each side of the bag. There is a place for everything I need in my bag and it really helps me stay organized. The straps have a soft mesh type of material where the straps would lay on your chest and shoulders. I haven't experienced any back or shoulder pain associated to use of the backpack and I am so happy I bought this bag! I haven't traveled with it yet, but I am looking forward to my next trip, because it will be used as my carry on bag. I would definitely buy this bag again.

First can I just tell you that I am SO picky about bags??? I had a mile-long list of features I was looking for and I trolled Amazon for weeks before settling on this bag!! I haul all kinds of crap back and forth to work daily. Wanted a bag big enough to carry my misc junk as needed, all in one bag that would stay on my rather narrow shoulder. Wanted something dual-purpose that could function as an organized carry-on for travel as well and accommodate my 17" laptop. Many bags I looked at didn't have big enough side pockets for my preferred 32oz water bottle. Many seemed ok for a work bag but not for travel. Most were just too thin shaped to hold my reusable lunch containers or hold the bag with my extra shoes for after work or the extra sweater for layering, or all of the above, depending on the day. And i was NOT looking for a hiking-type backpack - they aren't structured enough and are too floppy and hard to find things in and just look crummy. Im too old for that,, LOL!! Anyway, found this one and decided to give it a go. I love this bag. It is big, but I knew it would be. It seems well made and is still holding up well after a couple months of daily use in spite of sometimes being very loaded down. It has thoughtful pockets (along with padded laptop and tablet pockets) and should work well for travel. The "tissue" side pocket is worthless for me but I put my water bottle in that one so I can put my phone or whatever in the solid one. My favorite feature is that the top opens up wide and it stands up and stays open. That feature also causes what is, for me, the only downside - which is trying to close it. To zip up the main compartment you have to hold it closed with one hand while pulling the zipper with the other. For me, this is a worthwhile tradeoff because I love the huge top opening which makes it wonderfully easy to pack, unpack, and find what you need. This bag does herculean duty while looking fairly polished and neat.While I haven't taken it on a flight yet, I think it will work well. Its a little big, though so we'll see how that works on a cramped airplane. If only I could afford to fly first class!! 😅All things considered i think this bag is well worth the money and then some!!

I've had this bag for 11 months of fairly heavy use as a business traveler. Pros and cons:Pros:-Great bag design as far as pockets, handles and holders-Looks good - got many compliments-Holds an amazing amount of stuff-Fits under the airplane seat in front of me perfectly for easy access to my stuff during flight-Zippers and seams have all held up well - no fraying-love the charging port for my battery pack-easy to carry, comfortale strapsCons:-Really only one. There are two metal rods around the top zipper that hold the bag's shape when it is open for loading. Those work great. But on this trip I noticed the bars are poking out of the material, creating a hazard. I was thinking plastic tips could be added to these to keep this from happening. I pulled the metal rods out to keep from poking someone's eye out when swinging the bag on my back. Turns out there are plastic tips on one end of the rods where the material is intact, but not on the other where they poked through.Still gave it four stars, although I think it should last longer, but it functions beautifully other than the metal rods and looks good.

I purchased the green laptop backpack as a birthday gift for a dear friend. The black and green with gold zippers was absolutely, perfectly her style, and I could find no other laptop backpacks that were the right colors and design with all the features I was looking for. This was the only one. Unfortunately it took over a month for it to arrive, so I had to give my friend a photo of her gift. Ultimately I would rather do that than buy something that would not fit her style or meet her needs. But it was a little disappointing that it took so long to ship.Aside from the color scheme, the thing that sets this backpack apart is the panel on the back that allows the user to slide it onto the handle of a rolling suitcase. Many laptop backpacks in this style do not offer that feature.The fabric was sturdy yet soft, and the zippers were nice and smooth. There is a lot of space inside and pockets for organizing things. This bag seems to be very high quality. My friend is very happy with her laptop backpack, and I am happy that she is happy.

I love this and use it as basically a giant purse everyday. It has so much storage space I lose items in it and find out later where I put something when looking for something else. It will fit a 17" screen laptop (laptop does come out about 2 inches Avoca the zipper).This could also easily be used as a diaper bag or travel bag with the space storage bags.Highly recommend!

I have had this backpack for a little over a month now and love it so much! There's a lot of hidden spaces in the bag, but it doesn't look like it from the outside. I might end up using this bag for traveling since it's so efficient. The charger that comes with it works great too. Don't hesitate in buying this, you won't regret it!
