Dover Healthy Ceramic Nonstick 10" Frying Pan Skillet, Black

I looked everywhere for a “Revere Ware like”saucepan that was nonstick. I was willing to pay a lot if needed. I wanted it to be lightweight and have strait sides like the old copper bottom Revere Ware. This pan fit the bill perfectly. Many of the non stick pans today are heavy and come in odd shapes and sizes. I posted photos to show how there is zero sticking from the rice. I did have to substitute a lid because the Green Pan lid did not come with a steam hole. That’s ok, the pan was worth the price. This one gets five stars.

I enjoy how it’s light weight and easy to clean up. Cook anything with butter and it increases the non-stick capabilities. Lower heat works best. It will last longer if you keep metal cooking tools away from it.

I must say this is the best griddle I’ve ever purchased (and I’ve had a lot). Only a tiny bit of butter goes a LONG way. Nothing sticks to this pan! Pancakes, French toast, you name it - all come out perfectly- no burn and taste amazing!!!!! AND SOOOOOO EASY TO CLEAN!!!! Huge time-saver! Everyone must have one of these!!!!!
