Pit Boss Grills PB3BGD2 Gas Griddle, 3 Burner-592 sq in, Black

The package came damaged after torn. There was missing cotter pins and washers. And all of the feet are bent and the welds are broken it wouldn’t fit into the lower stand without a lot of force, then wouldn’t latch to the side locks because of how the top and bottom didn’t line up. Also can’t contact the seller for some reason so I had to leave this review instead. Pretty disappointed in quality for a $600 grill.

Griddle arrived in damaged wet box. Looked okay until I opened up. Pre assembled legs on griddle loose and missing one bolt. Bad assembly from factory. Packing was not usable at this point for return so I just went ahead and straightened out everything I could. Bent leg brackets for the stand and the bottom shelf (bent during shipping) in the end for $550 the griddle cooks good but looks like xxxx. In the end I was whammied by shipping and manufacturing on pit boss end. Hopefully someone steps up and makes things right.

Sent back in February and have not received a refund yet. Parts dented and grill top was rusted out of the box

Came damaged, 2 hours to assemble, had to pound the metal to make it work, hood damaged, scratches all over. Messaged Amazon to call me to discuss. ZERO response. $600+ grill, absolute joke. I wanted a Blackstone but weren’t in stock. Heard good things about Pit Boss. Should have never settled. Look at the ceramic top!!!! It’s literally coming apart! I’ve used it 2 times!!!!

After hours of research and the anticipation of finally owning the Pit Boss Griddle, the product arrived severely damaged from all angles. Immediately returned.
