So, I've been having a long-standing digestive tract issue. I've tried all sorts to no avail (mostly), then read a book called GUT (recommended) and decided to try pre- and probiotics. I've used them many times before, but this time I used them in tandem with ashwaghanda and turmeric – and thyme and rosemary tea. Three weeks later, the problem is greatly relieved. I cannot say for sure if it's these little beauties, but they certainly won't harm you in any way. I am going to keep taking them, as I have a feeling this is just the start of the healing process, but I'm pleased beyond measure to not have the niggle any more.

High quality probiotics and prebiotics (you need both or neither will work). I signed up for the monthly subscription and it always comes faithfully on the same day every month. No complaints.

I've been doing gut microbiome testing for the past few years. There was a big jump in my overall score since I started using this product. Whether that is causative or coincidental remains to be seen. I decided to go from one capsule/day to the 2 per day recommendation and will re-test myself in a few months to see if it gives me another boost in the general score. The price is rather high, maybe not for probiotics as a whole, but as supplements go it certainly is which gives me reason to be careful about whether or not I continue to use it.

My gut was going through some things like gastritis due to hpylori & I could focus, loosing memory I thought it was the onset of early dementia truly. But I swear when I took these the first day (literally the same day I got them) I felt better mentally instantly and the gut caught up within a week. If you don’t believe that everything starts within your GUT especially the mental. Believe it when you read this review. I now know that saying is NOT just a saying now. I don’t ever want to go through that again so when you start to feel groggy and brain dead start with your gut first with a good probiotic & changing eating habits
