I was searching for Shilajit on amazon and came across this 3 in 1, Shilajit, Ashwagandha and Lion’s Mane supplement.It has 1200mg of Shilajit per serving which is more than any other brand I could see on amazon, plus it has 720mg of Ashwagandha and 150mg of lion’s mane, so this seemed like a no brainer.The capsules are the small ones so easy to swallow and considering the strength of the ingredients, excellent value for money. Will definitely be buying again.

Very impressed
I’ve been researching nootropics for a while now and was keen to find something that wasn’t just loaded with caffeine so I was pleased when I found this one, however I was a bit wary because I’ve heard shilajit tastes disgusting but you literally can’t taste anything with these. I’ve been taking them in the morning and before going to the gym, so far so good!

Painful headache
On the jar saying take 3 capsules a day before food , I have just took one and after 1 hour I had very painful headache all day stopped when I had to take pain killers, IDK why this happened also I drink alot of water didn't go away ,so I don't know this product is good for your health or bad .

Excellent product quality
The product arrived within 24 hours of ordering. Wrapped in recycled paper bubble wrap which was a good touch, plus the jar is glass so can be reused / recycled once its finished. Everything about it looks and feels like good quality. Very pleased.

Did not work for me!
I usually use Shilajit with ashwagandha and was curious to try this one with Lions mane but had to stop as I was feeling a bit light head and confused even after reducing dosage.
