This is a beautiful bridle and seems well made but it is pretty big. I'll have to make some adjustments to fit my horse.

Black & turquoise is different from shown
I ordered the black & turquoise. The picture shows a bridle with only one straight cheek piece. I received what is in this picture which has a multi-part piece with the ring on the face close to the trigeminal nerve area. I ordered a second one thinking I was just sent the wrong one and that maybe I actually received a brown one but the second one was the same as my picture here. I’m concerned about the ring irritating the trigeminal nerve area on his face so this design is not ideal for us.Other than that it’s a good quality, strong, thick, well-padded piece. I orders based on reviews saying that it runs huge because I have a huge horse! It fits my giant moose 17.2 OTTB with a big head. I would definitely consider this warmblood to draft-cross or even small draft size.I’m just disappointed that the single cheek piece style doesn’t seem to exist.

It runs big. I had to punch holes and purchase a smaller strap for under the chin.
