Seeing this game for under 60 bucks was the reason I bought this - it comes with the base cards (starter decks, heavy infantry/mystic/cultist), and the 3 sets from year 3. It does have an extra mechanic of "Energy" compared to the normal base game. Personally I love the card designs and the game itself came in beautiful condition. The box did not, however - as it is a tin box, it is VERY weak and will almost certainly be dented when you order it (since Amazon's transit system is not exactly for fragile objects). Note there is an internal paper box that was completely fine for me. As long as you are willing to sacrifice the bad tin design for a great game, I recommend for the price I paid ($57).
