I love this product and am so happy to have discovered the pure encapsulations line of supplements. I don't understand why other companies put so many additional potentially harmful ingredients in supplements we are taking to improve our health!!! I do wish the product was available in higher doses though. I'm currently having to take 8 a day in order to meet my recommended dosage.

I have been using this product for years and believe it helps control my sugar cravings and resultant sugar damage. first time buying it through Amazon and this will be my new go to for future purchases. Product has expiration date of 2021 (so very fresh) and shipping (as usual) was fast and free.
