From start to finish - was delivered today, a day ahead of schedule, the packing on this file cabinet was amazing - it was packed so it could not be damaged in transit, after unpacking and installing the roller on the bottom file cabinet drawer, which was a breeze, I brought it in from the garage and into my office. The space in this cabinet is incredible. It is so sturdy, the roller on the bottom drawer makes it so much more useable and I'm actually able to add heavy folders in the bottom drawer without it tipping over. There are three drawers, the large bottom with the roller, the middle and the top, gives so much more room and functionality to this filing system. Well, designed, sturdy and well-priced for the quality you receive. I'd give it ten stars if allowed -

The Cabinet arrived in good condition. Definitely cozy in it's box and would have taken a lot for it to get damaged in the process. It was easy to put the wheels on. You can do it with the tools they provide you with, a screwdriver helps though. It's easy to lock. Comes with two keys. It's very sturdy while still being easier on the eyes than some of those 1970s tan filing cabinets. Fits nicely into an office space.

This filing cabinet is exactly what I was looking for. The bottom drawer is deep and spacious so I can hang and organize my file folders to keep track of important documents. Then there are two more smaller drawers above it that hold all the clutter that was on my desk and keep everything neat and tidy! It comes with two keys and when you use the lock on top, it locks all three drawers. There is even a little organizer tray in the top drawer to hold pencils or other small items. I'm using it for my pens and highlighters. The cabinet has 4 rolling casters on the bottom and one small wheel for the bottom drawer so it doesn't scrape against the bottom, which is a really nice feature. I love how sleek and modern the white color is next to my desk! So far the drawers are really quiet and smooth when I open and shut them and they are secure when closed. Oh, and this product came packaged SO well! 11/10 packaging from Flexispot, always. Everything was padded and secured and tight. Not a dent or scratch on this thing. Overall, very pleased with this cabinet.

I ordered both the file cabinet and matching electric desk. The file cabinet arrived with a big dent on top. I contacted seller. they offered $30 for me to keep it. Really??? why would I want a damaged cabinet for $170 when I expected a perfectly new cabinet for $200? I supposed if they offered a damaged file cabinet for $170 on Amazon, would anyone buy it? Of course not. Either they have bad warehouse folks or the packaging is not designed for human handling. I sent back for a replacement (flexispot paid shipping). Hopefully the next cabinet arrives in good shape. HOWEVER, my desk also came damaged! It was sent in 2 packages (top and legs are from 2 locations) - the top delayed with Fedex for a few days. I was suspicious as the box corner was crushed. OF COURSE, the desk corner was damaged. Flexispot had the NERVE to ask me to send back damaged desk with MY PAYING THE FREIGHT (over 100lbs). Again, either Seller damaged before shipping or it was damaged in transit. Either way, the packaging certainly is not designed for human handling. Worst of all, the 3 boxes were shipped with a single tracking number which is simply impossible to deal with. In my 23 years of being an Amazon customer, this is the worst purchasing experience. Amazon CS is great and they tell me they will send me pre-paid labels to return for a replacement. We'll see. Bottom line - the products are packaged for flat-pack shipping-container transit from Vietnam. But the packaging is not designed to handle final-mile delivery by humans. UPDATE - Flexispot made good on the file cabinet. It arrive perfect. They also said they would replace the desk top. I will update review once received. So less 1 star for aggravation of getting first set of desk and cabinet damaged!

Super easy to assemble and great quality. Items arrived in great condition and looks great under my adjustable desk. The drawers open nicely and the lock is a nice addition. Fits just as expected.

Purchased the white (color) unit with square corners. Sturdy product. Was securely packaged for transit. Was surrounded by corrugated cardboard and foam. A one-person install job, which takes less than 10 minutes. The 3 drawers operate smoothly. Beautiful fit and finish. The top drawer has a non-sliding pencil storage. It can be removed (lift up and pull). The bottom drawer is great for files. The file holders fit well on the side edges of that drawer. The 5th wheel mounted under center-front of bottom drawer serves a purpose to keep unit from tipping. That wheel is does not touch the ground (is ~1/4" off ground) unless the bottom drawer is open and contains a lot of weight, causing only the drawer to tip forward. I tested it by opening the drawer and pushing it down as if weighted. The 5th wheel did its job. (thumbs up). This pedestal is strong enough to hold my mid-size laser printer (on top). Wheels operate smoothly. Unit comes with 2 foldable keys and the lock operates smoothly. All 3 drawer are secured when locked. Note, after removing some parts (i.e. wheels, screws) from the 2nd drawer you may find some sticky residue from the tape holding those parts in place for transit. A little Goo-Be-Gone will remove it quickly. In the pics I posted, I had not yet cleaned the residue.

Good quality filing cabinet that is great for small work space

I ordered several of these for a commercial office space. They hold up extremely well and are a great deal for the price. They are packaged very well for shipping and easy to put together.
