Beautiful, Quality, Affordable.
There are two types of watercolor painting; layered and single layer. Layered painting is for very detailed painting, such as botanicals. In order to have successful layering, you must have non-opaque, non-granulating paints. Shinhan is a reliable product that can deliver this plus a wide range of clear, beautiful colors with good lightfast properties. I have a set of 36 colors and have been very satisfied with the way Shinhan handles and applies to cold press 140lb paper. I can highly recommend this affordable, quality watercolor artist, paint.

I have more expensive watercolors but these are the ones I use most often! And especially when I’m teaching a class as the deliver excellent saturation and flow and are economical as well.

Great Set of Watercolor Paints
I am really happy with this set of watercolor paints. It is easy to work with and it has some great vibrant colors. It mixes really well and is pretty easy to use. I have tried several different brands of watercolor and this paint is among some of my favorites to work with. I would recommend this to beginners and even seasoned pros. I would definitely look at buying more of this in the future when needed.

Bright vibrant colors- great value for $
I bought the 30 set in 2018 just because they looked like good quality and were inexpensive. Been using them off and on along with Winsor Newton and Daniel Smith paints which are more expensive. I must say after swatching these paints again today that I prefer them over both of the other brands. They are beautifully smooth and I well worth the money.
