I have been looking for a caffeine replacement that isn't sweet and most importantly, it doesn't contain sucralose. This is a powerful substitute for a caffeinated beverage, but as it is sold in a serve-yourself powdered form, it is easy to change the quantities if the recommended amount isn't to your taste. I have found that it tastes good even if you make it with double the recommended amount of liquid, which allows me to sip it across the morning. I recommend this powder if you are looking for a suitable powdered caffeinated drink and are unable to have coffee or tea.

I love both the strawberry & pink lemonade. But pink lemonade really is my ultimate fav. I absolutely love this flavour, it's almost fizzy but it isn't fizzy. It's not overly sweet or sickly. I personally have to cut back on quantity sometimes because it kicks in quicktime! Also I don't get tingles if I drop it down by a couple of grams. Blends perfectly with water and it's just simply delicious and energising. One thing I love about LEAN pre-workout -both flavours is that they kick in quick, and there is no come-down.Fantastic product and I can't recommend it enough!P.s. for those HIIT workouts and weights it's PERFECT. I do 5am workouts and it's such a boost. On days if Im doing pilates I have the smallest amount to help me feel alert and focused. I'm a mum to a little one, so sleep is something that's often all over the place. My energy dips a lot too... So you can imagine how it must feel. But when I have pre-workout, it's such a boost in mental and physical energy, I get an EPIC workout in and the endorphins lasts me the day!

I got pink lemonade. Whilst I wasn't overly keen on the taste, once it kicked in, you bet your a** i got my workout in!!

Tried the Lean pre workout and there's no going back. Excellent taste, vegan, natural, and works great without giving the jitters or shakes! Would be nice if it was a bit cheaper but it's great value for money nonetheless!

Ordered the Pink Lemonade flavour and was very disappointed doesn’t taste nice at all it’s almost like medicine and didn’t give me much of a boost either. wish i could return.

I don't drink caffeine in my day-to-day life, so I usually have it in smaller doses than recommended, but I find that it does the job, without any drops in energy once it's "worn off".The taste is delicate and not "chemical" - it's not overly sweet, or sour, like a candy would be - but it still tastes nice. I like this one better than the other flavour from Lean.

I have been obsessed with Lean products since they launched last year. The pre workout is an easy favourite. No nasties, amazing flavour and wooooow - the energy is amazing! Highly necessary if you are working out with Lilly Sabri or Amy Fox on the Lean app.The pink lemonade has a wonderful sour flavour that really wakes you up! The flavour is very much what you expect of a pink lemonade. If you prefer something more subtle in flavour, the strawberry one has actual pieces of strawberry in it and is less sweet.I haven’t tried anything like this anywhere else on the market! Game changer for me.

This does give me the energy to get through a workout first thing in the morning, it doesn’t taste too bad, stirs up easily with no texture. Makes my skin feel prickly which is a bit weird but you forget about it once you start exercising hard. No scoop included that I can see. Will probs buy again anyway.
