Purchased a wok several months ago from the same company. It was so amazing that I purchased the matching skillet. These are not super heavy but distribute the heat beautifully. How something relatively light weight cooks so evenly I don’t know but at 70 years old I am happy to find some cookware that I can handle easily

Good non stick pan as advertised. Very easy to clean both sides of the pan. I wish the company make a wok too.

This Alpha frying pan is Amazing! I barely used oil but still foods cooked well, non-stick. After cooking, the pan was so clean, all it needed was just rinse with water. 👍👍

Have used a few times and love it so far!!! Easy to clean , durable and has even heat distribution. And best of all it's non-stick!!!! My brother has one I bought for him at Xmas and he loves it too. Works like a charm.

best pans I have used. nothing sticks and I mean nothing sticks!I just wish I would have known about these pans sooner.only one thing needed: a 3.5 quart sauce pan!

This is a great fry pan, with many good qualities. It is sturdy, yet light weight, totally nonstick and is extremely easy to clean. Unlike other nonstick surfaces it doesn't scratch and seems like it will last a long time. There is no interior screw to clean around. I will definitely be interested in buying other cookware in this series.
