This is one of those products that you really can't tell if it is making a difference. Over time, I'm sure you can, but not with just 1 bottle. I give it 5 stars because it is priced reasonably, they are capsules, which are easy to swallow and I didn't have any side effect such as gas, bloating, cramping or anything. The taste and odor is a bit much, but to me that is a good thing with a product like this. You can actually smell the milk thistle. If I had liver issues I would define buy this. I used it because I think everyone needs a good organ cleanse every so often.

The only reason why I didn't give it a full five star versus because I'm just unsure of the stuff I haven't really noticed any change. No problem taking it then I've been doing that but I've really noticed no change I wouldn't say it's a pure waste of money but I wouldn't say it's a great savings for this thing because I just noticed no change so how can I say something about a product that seems to be just there...
