I hate the taste of this stuff so bad, its very sour and hard to drink, for myself. I honestly haven't used it consistently because of that and although I've ordered it twice, I will not again because I just cant get past the taste.

I recommend this creatine to all my girl friends- creatine has a big rep of bloating but with the dandelion root in this and the low dosage (people usually take 5+ grams), I somehow looked less bloated and more lean, especially when I take a 2 week break from it and fully debloated. When I was taking it consistently, I noticed a huge increase in energy, sets/reps, and got very toned- but you DO need to put the work in, this isn’t steroids. Girls this will not bloat you and if you go to the gym consistently u are wasting potential not giving creatine a shot, this is perfect if you aren’t trying to get bulky but want to build muscle.
