it looks good and soft. It will make it fully dark so that sleepy people can have a cozy day nap. I feel it is very essential for all night workers who need to get rest during the day time. The only downside I can mention is it will be taken off from your face if you move a lot and not that comfy on your eyes like you will feel there is something on your face.

After trying my 1st sleep mask, I was hooked. My home's setup doesn't allow a naturally dark bedroom so I was always tossing & turning & watching the clock change time, & me, still wide awake. This style is molded inside, not just flat on your eyelids. I've found this is the best for me, & I sleep both on my back & on my side. This handles whichever way I'm facing. I have sinus issues &, maybe it's the pressure points it rests on my face, but it seems to help me breathe easier. The fabric is more breathable than other stretchy styles I've purchased & I want absence of light, not hot eyelids. It's very comfortable & easy to adjust the back strap. Good quality. Other masks I own have velcro. I have a smaller head. Eventually, the velcro wears out or isn't long enough for a snug fit. This mask fits perfect and is very comfortable. It blocks out all light. I am very sensitive to room light and use an eye mask every day at dawn so I can sleep for a couple of more hours.
