The product doesn't work once u put it for charging the very first time.

This rechargable light, but like immergency light. .
The media could not be loaded. When we received, Initially it was charged. Hence it lit. To make the battery full charged, I tried to put the pin in socket. But it was too loose to get connected, because the plug pins are thin.Also now it's about 12 hours gone. Still the red light is "on"!No INSTRUCTIONS PAPER INCLUDED IN DELIVERY BOX.NO COMPANY NAME.NO CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER!The light is bright, but auto on- off function is to be checked.Sending the video, which shows what I seen during stating the charging.Charging wire along with regular thick pins required for proper chargingStep by step Instructions paper is ALSO required, when someone else recharging.No instructions on box also.Please help to solve the issue.Thanks.M.
