Stroke recovery tool kit
What a great tool this is. My mother had a stroke and these books were recommended to me to help her with motor function, hand eye coordination etc. To look at it it’s kind of like a cross between a child’s colouring book and a primary school book to help with shapes. Mum enjoyed using it and along with her occupational therapist, at first, then alone for practice. It has helped loads and the OT upon seeing it commented on what a great idea it was. Recovery can be a long and boring time, especially in hospital, (my Mum was in for almost 3 months due to other complicating factors adding to her issues) these books really helped her to keep motivated and gave her something to focus on when she could.

Great activities book
My father had a stroke and it was useful for him to do activities within this book to test his memory and other cognitive skills. I'd recommend this book.

Worth every penny
This is genuinely my first ever review on Amazon, simply because the outcome has never meant so much. This activity book has been so important in helping my dad gain better use of his previously paralysed arm after his stroke. Tracing has helped him gain more control and copying shapes, even though he doesn’t recognise them all, gives him great pride when he shows me his progress. I would highly recommend as a ‘back to basics’ activity for someone who has gone through something so traumatic and trying to get themselves back on track to their ‘new normal’

Recommended by Stroke Association
This is a great book for stroke victims to help get back their cognitive senses. Very simple drawing exercises that gradually get a little harder as you progress through the book and gain back your drawing and writing skills. I was recommended this for my partner by the Stroke Association and would thoroughly endorse this recommendation

Brilliant
My mother inlaw had a stroke and is making great progress. I’m sure this has helped. Plus it’s so boring in a room or on a ward. Mental stimulation is imperative to rerouting the brain after a stroke according to the stroke association and medical journals, however nothing is done in The ward to push that
