Excelente laptop, muy rapida

I got this for my husband. He likes HP and needed the memory capacity. He is not so fond of Windows 11.So: the BAD news: This is a new version of the laptop and should be wonderful. The motherboard died in 6 months. If they don’t repair or refund, a waste of $1200 since it will be $800 to get repaired. Just beware!

I love it.

We purchased this laptop on 10/20/2022 for one of our PLC techs. We purchased the 16g, 1tb model. It's fast and has plenty of storage for the applications we have to run as part of our job. The only major issue we've had is, random blue screens on startup. This has been an ongoing issue since we purchased the machine. It's not often that the machine is restarted so, we hadn't really paid much attention to it but lately, our tech has been moving around the site and restarting the machine more frequently. Therefore, he's seeing the issue more frequently. We've tried all of the normal hardware and software checks and can't figure out what the issue is.Other than that annoyance, it's a great machine. I, can't in good consequence recommend this laptop due to the issues we're experiencing however. This is a process critical laptop and I just don't feel it's going to be a reliable machine in the long run.

Delivery was on time. However, laptop screen was going Black randomly but laptop was keep working. The only way to bring screen back to restart laptop. After conversation with HP customer support , we agreed that this is hardware issue and it should be returned to seller, because I had this computer only for one week. If I would have this laptop for more than 30 days I could return this laptop to HP for further investigation. Also, I would not give one star to the seller but seller charged me re stacking fee for the item I had for a week. It’s against Amazon policy. I will complain to Amazon.

The computer' screen went totally black just after the initial turn on. The second day, the screen randomly blacked out. Each time the computer did this, it was impossible to wake it up, so I had to reset it. Due to this, and given that it was a new computer and that I found reported the same problem in different blogs in the internet, I decide to returned to the seller, who discounted 152 bucks from my refund for restocking expenses. Maybe this is written in the small letters of the puechase conditions but I don't think is fare!

would not recognize my wifi in my home while other devices would. Charged a 40% restocking fee for missing original box and instructions. Bad support from seller.
