These are flexible panels and as such, they are very light and they bend to fit a shape like a vehicle roof. They have eyelet holes on each corner so you can attach them with bungee rope or cable ties etc, but if this is for a vehicle roof you will have to fix them securely to the roof by sticking them with either a strong silicone sealant adhesive or with very strong tape such as the Gorilla Waterproof Patch and seal tape.

Q: Does this come with everything you need up to connecting to battery as well?

It comes with the cables, a voltage controller, and crocodile clips to attach to a battery. You might want to replace the crocodile clips if you want to attach it permanently to a vehicle for example. There isn't a fitting kit other than eyelet holes on the panels.

Q: Is this actually 2x 300Watt panels?

measurements are 5cm x 8cm so about the size of a table mat so buyer beware. Maybe LukyLavender can back up his response with some technical specs.
