HDMI Splitter 1 in 2 Out, HDMI HDCP Bypass Splitter One Input to Two Outputs HDMI Amplifier 1X2 HDMI Splitter 4k, for Xbox One PS4 PS3 Blu-ray Player Cable Box Satellite TV (1 Input 2 Outputs)

I have an elgato and have been capturing footage from my PS4. This splits the signal and lets me not have to pass the video through the capture device. I only have it at 1080p, but it is still working well after months of use. Not sure if it will do what I need once I move to 4k UHD though.

The first product I received was defective, and I contacted the sellers to see if there was anything they could do. They sent me another free of charge. the second one worked but still didn't feel right. It seems finicky with how it chooses when to display. There are two LEDs on the outputs and an LED on the input. The input LED turns on, and only gets passed through when one of the outputs LEDs are on. There seems to be little rhyme or reason for the output LEDs to work for me. Some of my monitors, capture cards, and TV's turn the LED on, and if you have two outputs that don't turn on the LEDs then you get no output. The output with an LED lit is the one that the input recognizes as the display or output, while the other gets mirrored. I think the LED turning on might have something to do with HDCP support, and you might need one that supports HDCP to allow the device to work at all, but I'm not sure exactly what causes this.If you have extra displays, or can work around with this, it seems like a fine product.But, if you don't have that kind of work around as a possibility, stay away from this product as it might not work for you.

I needed an HDMI splitter in order to be able to direct the output from my Bluray player to our theater surround sound receiver and to a separate center channel 2.1 system (purchased to enhance dialogue with a clear voice feature). I liked the features on this unit by Supersun because of its substantial design and quality, and that it was powered by a DC volt input cord that plugs into an AC outlet. Other units I have seen often come with a USB power cord and I did not have a USB port available to power those units.This was easy to install and it works perfectly with no degradation in the signal to the amplifiers with both video and audio segments.It has a red indicator light to show it is powered and a green indicator light to show when it is receiving an input signal to split.This HDMI splitter is the perfect choice for anyone needing one.

Works as intended and performs well. I am using this exclusively with a PS4 so I can play games in my Living room & bedroom without having to power down and move the system. I had an issue with the power supply however after unplugging and replugging the psu, the splitter has had zero issues

If your looking for a 4K splitter don't pick this one. I was looking for a 4K splitter for my 2 TV set up. Even though it's says it is capable of 4K @30 fps it does not produce that resolution. When hooked up to a PS4 pro the best I could get was 2k @30fps.

So far (I have had it for about two hours) it does what it is supposed to do. The primary reason that I am using it is to bypass the HDCP signal going from my Comcast Cable Box to my Elgato game capture device. This is my second HDMI splitter the first one was non-powered and it did not bypass the HD CP signal so I returned it and purchased this one. I hooked it up and it worked right out of the box. I am not certain if it will continue to work as I am pretty sure Comcast will send out updates to change the HDCP signal or maybe not.

Searching for a device that would remove HDCP from the HDMI output of my cable DVR, I stumbled upon this product. For The $20.00 plus shipping, I figured I had nothing to lose by trying it. It works perfectly with my Hauppaugue capture card, and feeds both the 1080i video signal and the AC3 multichannel audio tracks to my PC for recording to my hard drive, after which I can edit the recording to my satisfaction, then burn the edited recording to a BD-25 or BD-50 Blu-ray blank in 1080p at the proper Blu-ray frame rate. This is an awesome product that makes preserving cable and broadcast programs easy to archive for posterity!

This splitter worked as expected. I ended up not needing it, but the cost of returning it didn't make it worth returning. The product was great.
