Wow! I’m so old that I remember the commercials for shake n bake when it first came out! I can’t get “and I helped!” out of my head! ; ) In the commercial, a dad comes home and his wife says that they are going to have shake n bake chicken for dinner and the little girl announces that she helped because it is so easy to make up! We always remove the skin first before adding the coating mix, don’t need the extra fat calories and the taste is how I remember it since childhood. When you find a great product, you keep with it! You won’t be disappointed!

We use this for most of our chicken. We love it! It keeps the moisture in the chicken with keeping the skin crispy. Yum!
