Just received this today. On opening the bag, the smell was delicious; floral, citrusy, lemony, a touch of honey. Tasted one of the seeds and it was very good, fresh, just like the nose, but with more of a smooth, lemony note, less floral and no honey notes.Overall very impressed with the quality. I can't wait to use this in my food.
