Great for rehab
I am undergoing rehab and my physio suggested a similar product, stay away from the under £50 if you can as they are not the best ,this one is easy and sturdy the resistance knob work just fine and those the job, is not for those who want loose weight fast ( go to spinning classes )is the right tool for rehabilitation and for the senior ,came with a non slip pad but it was not needed, it has metal reinforcement brackets under the base and the weight is in the pedals, it came with instructions in English and the tools The only set back it took one extra day to get it , but is not like you need it asap

Es ist ein einfaches, kleines und leicht zu bedienenes Sport Gerät. Wenn man kein Heimtrainer möchte. Gut für Arm und Bein. Zum Aufbau der Muskeln und Stärkung der Gelenke. Vor allem für älter Menschen. Die viel Wandern und spazieren gehen, aber auch als Ausgleich etwas Bewegung für daheim möchten. Ich bin rundrum zufrieden mit dem Produkt.
