Cherry Stained Turntable Stand

When this arrived, there was a strong odor of stain, and it was still in the box. Upon opening, the smell was overpowering. It appears it has been recently stained, with no polyurethane or other sealant to protect the stain. It is basically a crate, not a piece of furniture, and very overpriced. It is going back.

Nice little hifi stand. A little shallow for the yamaha amp, but modified to work.. Temp setup for the holiday season. Timely shipped and good reputation.

This thing is awesome. It looks beautiful and is well put together. My only concern was with the height of the shelves and the braces for storing LPs. Standard records fit fine but box sets get a little snug vertically (I have a 13 x 13 a coffee table book that wouldn’t fit without rubbing the top of the shelf above it)… as other reviewers have pointed out the braces don’t let the records rest against a flat surface. I may be overthinking it but that scared me a little for possible warps down the line. All in all it’s a sturdy gorgeous piece, I’m just a little hesitant about storing a lot of LPs vertically in it.

A very well made, sturdy stand! Admittedly I was a bit hesitant about the price, but I kept coming back to this product because the specs were almost exactly the size I was looking for. The product description says each shelf holds approx 60 records, 120 in all. My collection comes to about 110, about 10 or so being double albums. As you can see by the picture, there is still plenty of room for my collection to grow! I’d estimate this could hold another 50 albums or so without being too snug. If you have a large/growing album collection and need to fit it in a smaller space, get this shelf!

These are well made. My only complaint would be the cherry finish is very light. I probably should have ordered the antique finish, but I am keeping them. I ordered three, put in a corner in home office, with turntable on the middle one. Looks good.

Used this item to set my record changer on and store records in. It can be used both sitting up-right or on it's side.Workmanship is very good and looks nice. Can also be used for many other storage ideas.

The shelve is very nice and is able to hold my very large vinyl record collection, the color is nearly identical to what it looks like in the picture. The only downside was, it was impossible to reach the seller. My product was not shipped on the correct date and when I called UPS to figure out what was going on they told me to contact the seller. After attempting to reach out many times, they never responded to me. Luckily I received it a few days later.

I am really happy with this! I have had one for a year or so and ordered a second which is just as lovely. These do arrive pretty fumy from the stain. I unpackaged it and put it out in the garage for a week or two then all was well. Just be prepared for that. The color is not so much cherry as a very light brown, but it is nice all the same. It looks nice with my cherry wood nearby...
