Happy with this product, could be more better for tracking...otherwise good in this price range...battery life is max for 2 days max but good thing is it is easy to call and ask kids where they are :)

Its a really amazing watch to track your kids.. I have been using it for the past 16 months and am thoroughly satisfied. The display of the phone went after 7 months of using but contacted the customer care and they replaced the watch. Thank you Turet.. My only feedback would be to show the time digitally rather than in analog. Seeing my daughter wearing it about 5 families in our apartment purchased it.

Bit difficult to operate initially,but good product.

I would recommend this watch to all the parents out there. If you are not using this product, you are missing a lot.Look and feel of the watch is premium.Features are really helpful and practical.Especially the calling part, sound quality is amazing. This watch has really given us a peace of mind.Now we can call our daughter anytime. We feel more connected and secure.GPS is also a really good addition. LBS location is not accurate but once the watch is on GPS mode, the accuracy is good.GPS mode will not work when inside any building or when there is no internet plan.Battery will sustain for around a day. We put it on charge every night for 2-3 hours.Screen resolution should be incresed. The manufacturer should bring a good resolution screen.Customer service is amazing. They are available all the time. Few months ago the screen got cracked. We got the customer care number from the website, called the seller and the watch was repaired within a week. This was unexpected as we faced similar issues with other watches in the past and the sellers were never available.But in this case they picked the watch from us and got it delivered at our door.In conclusion, really happy with the watch and the manufacturer.

Customer contact is available everywhere and are really easy to approach.All the features are awesome. The reason to buy this watch was to avoid smartphone for my son. We never wanted to expose our kids to the content on the internet nowadays. You cannot control it.This was and is a perfect solution.My son can call us anytime.SOS is amazing feature. My son has used it in many critical situations. I'm glad the watch was with him at the times.Tracker is good when outside. but whenever inside a roof it is not accurate. This was well explained by the company before we bought the watch. So everyone looking to buy this watch should keep this in mind.We donot use any other features frequently but all works fine.Battery is fine.Last month the screen was broken while playing. We were not using the screen protector. You can ask the seller for screen protector separately. It will save you the repair cost of 900/-But i'm glad they managed to repair the watch in 900/-

Purchased the watch during last 23rd July 2022 sales time. The watch had approx Rs discount and ICICI bank credit gave another Rs 500 (purchase above 5000). The watch is delivered and is defective, could be a refurbished product. The support team made lot of effort to solve it. had to return it. Amazon tech team processed the refund, but didt replace the product. I had to order a new one. The discount of Rs 500 was not applicable and I also lost Rs 500 for the credit card deal.The product could have been replaced and all transactions could have been intact. Why was only one product available during sale? Why was I requested to buy a new one?The product per say is average. It does the basic work of making and receiving calls. Anyway there are not many choices available for this kind of watch.
