I have been using this powder for years. It’s very effective. I down it with a bit of water but it does have a slightly bitter flavor. If you put it in some OJ you don’t really notice it.

Taste better than expected.

I love tumeric and love that it has black pepper, I wish it were a finer powder because I mix it with water and it tends to sludge to the bottom after a few minutes even if I mix it. I blend it into my kids smoothies and its undetectable. It has a mild flavor. I cant say that I notice a difference when I take it but I do alot of anti inflammatories, like fresh ginger tea and kombucha. I am fighting cold and flu season with as much ammunition as I can so Ill keep this in my arsenal.

I use it in my green tea smoothie. Love it. It's a little expensive but worth it.
