I've been using this knife for around 4 months and it's been very good to me, I've cut buckets of onions and various other foods with it, it's super sharp and precise, the handle is my favorite part because it looks awesome and it's super comfortable, and it's amazing to me how to blade just glides threw the food effortlessly. SUPER GOOD KNIFE!

I have been using dalstrong for a few years and I'm extremely impressed with every knife I have purchased here!!! I had an issue one time with a knife and they were immidate to reply and sole the issue. Like faster then anyone I have ever had reply and the response was more then favorable for me. Everything is perfect about this knife, my only issue has been the factory edge is crap and needed a bit of work, no chips, scrapes, dents, or cracks in the blade and handle though, just dull

Excellent knife. This knife is extremely sharp. I love using it to slice vegetables. It is also great for slicing chicken breasts in half and slicing ribs into individual servings. I use the knife almost every day. I sharpen it about once a month with a set of stones. This seems to work the best.
