Be careful to install evenly. If one side sticks up, it can damage your weatherstripping. I have a draft now, that I didn’t have before.

Bought this with Prime and for my 2003 Wrangler Rubicon and they fit well. I put an extra black headed Phillips screw on the front end tip on each side to make sure these stayed put. They were probably fine with just the sticking sided tape but people tend to drag their feet getting in and out of my Jeep as I have a lift on it and it is up there a bit. Look great and do the job well. Thanks for offering them and with Prime. Highly recommend them.

2000 Jeep Wrangler Sport-Arrived on time and in good shape. Like most of the posts regarding these entry guards, they do not fitted exactly on body trim. There is a gap of about 1/16 to 1/4 in some locations where the guards and body trim meet. It does not matter to me that much that there is a gap. Otherwise, the guards stick well to the body and give great protection to the body. So, so good.

I just got these door guards and they looks really solid. It's just metal and tape; peel and place. I held it down for about a minute and then just shut the doors since I figured that'd help a bit more. They look sweet and way better compared to the clear piece of tape that had been applied when I got it. They shipped fast and are exactly as described. One corner was bent a bit, but it wasn't an issue at all jut got a towel and a pair pliers and straightened it out.

These are well painted, good quality Gaurds. Smittybilt makes great products at a decent price. I would give these 5 stars if they fit more snug against the door sill, however its not that big of a deal and if one really wanted to you could run a couple of countersunk screws down into the body for a more professional look.

The look great and perform well. Minor adjustments are needed before you install. They are a little longer than the stock tape guard, so size them up will you want to set them. before you remove the adhesive cover set them where you want to put them and lightly tap with a soft hammer, rubber or plastic to form them to your door entry, before you stick them into place.

These worked great and fit perfectly. They stick on with double sided tape so because of the angles it is a little challenging to put on but not that difficult. Anyone who can peel off the tape protector can do it. You shouldn't own a Jeep if you cannot handle this install.

I picked these up because I had an amazon gift card that was burning a hole in my pocket. I've had them for abut 6 years and the powder coad chipped off and they are rusting a little bit. But they do get stepped on a lot and my door jam is still in good shape.

Door is tougher to shut with this installed. Definitely a small fit problem for my TJ, just need to slam the door a little harder, probably screwing up my bottom seal.

Took a chance on the mixed reviews of the fitment on these, and Murphy's Law won... The profile doesn't match the door sill very well at all, the bends are like 90° but the Jeep sill profile bends are not. Creates a tighter fit for the door seal making it harder to close the door. Also does not cover the outside edge of the sill where the paint wear is most visible. Will be going with a custom cut vinyl instead...
