The container was shipped in an envelope with no real packing, but it arrived unharmed. It also shipped quickly and came at the time it said it would arrive. The container looks like a 1 lb tub, but it is only half full. As expected, the tiny scoop was buried at the bottom of the container. Shake it upside down to get it to move to the top. It also included a “harmless desiccant” pouch inside. I got the unflavored because I thought I might want to mix it with any liquid of choice. I first tried it with just 10 oz of plain cold water. It dissolved instantly. 👍 For being unflavored, it has a slight cranberry aftertaste which makes sense seeing that it is an ingredient. I added some apple juice and the aftertaste went away. This is a very conscious product with no flavor and easily dissolves. I was on 3mg daily without loading for 2.5 months. I did not retain much water weight or get puffy, but I still saw very nice results of muscle definition after stopping it's use as desired. Cranberry and dandelion to balance the water retention and source good gut health lets you enjoy the benefits without suffering the side effects of creatine. This is a wonderful product for womens' delicate urinary and GI tracts!

It works. This is my first time ever taking Creatine and saw results in a week. They were slight but they were there. Now as for the taste of it, it’s nasty like you can taste the cranberry but there’s like a salty taste to it. It taste better with lemonade. Water makes it emphasize on the flavor that isn’t there.

I feel like a pit more muscle on and gave me more energy when I first started on it

Favorite creatine ever! It’s affordable and exactly what I need to fuel my muscles with each workout. I like that it has the dandelion root extract that helps with the bloating you can experience with other creatine brands. I have never had that with this creatine. I usually get the flavorless, and it dissolves easily in my pre workout drink.

The unflavored is not unflavored. It is very sour. I normally put creatine in my coffee with collegen, I tried this brand because I have used some of their other products and liked them. This one is terrible. It should not say unflavored.

I did feel better and energized when I was taking this. The problem is after about a week of taking it I could not sleep!! I literally would be up till 4 AM. So I had to stop taking it.
