Exact fit good price
Exact fit for EZGO Golf Cart Powerwise battery charger. EZGO wanted $104.oo + shipping for the SAME board! I purchased my golf cart (used) about 4 years ago and couldn't figure out why the batteries constantly were charging. I had to put a timer assembly on the charger to keep it from cooking the batteries dry! Found that this board was FRIED in several places and some bozo had put a jumper wire across the relay to bypass the board! For others experiencing problems with their charger, I found that one (of 2) diode was SHORTED OUT, causing additional problems with the batteries! Even then, EZGO wanted $74.14 + shipping for the two diodes!!!! I purchased (Amazon) 10 pcs of Single Phase Diode Bridge Rectifiers,KBPC5010 50A, Single Phase Diode Bridge Rectifiers for $10.oo!!! The result, two 50 AMP diodes, potted, mounted in a heat sink (that I bolted to the existing aluminum heat sink in the charger) for only $1.oo EACH!!! Better diode, better heat sink. (Also replaced the 50Amp fuse - from Amazon)The charger is now working as it should, running COOL, turning on when the handle is inserted into the golf cart and turning OFF when the batteries reach charge.

Great little board!
This board did the trick! My old Powerwise charger was giving me grief. It would slowly charge my cart at between 1 and 3 amps. After watching YouTube videos and reading blog posts, I opened my charger up to see what’s wrong. I had my multimeter out and ready to go. After removing the case, I saw that the guts were rusty, dusty, and dirty.I checked all of the components per the videos and found that my capacitor didn’t give a reading. I ordered and installed a new capacitor. Still 1 - 3 amps. Then I dug deeper into the blogs and read that the diodes can show a good reading, but can limit the amperage to about 3 amps. Well, that sounded about right. I bought new diodes and installed them. No change. I finally bought and installed the board out of frustration and asking myself “why not, you did everything else”. Now my charger is working as it should again.I guess I ended up on top. Since everything has been replaced, I theoretically have a new charger with an old case and transformer. I cleaned it up inside and gave it a much needed coat of paint on the outside. It now looks and acts like a brand new Powerwise. My only wish is that I would’ve read or seen something anywhere where the board could be what was keeping me at no more than 3 amps. It would’ve saved me a lot of time and frustration.

Great telephone tech spt
The instructions were short and simple but not clear on the last step of where exactly to connect the little red and black wires from the new board since the charger had no available connectors. After a couple of emails, i had to call tech spt, waited about 12 min and spoke with a man who helped and i had to loosen wire connections on the white and black wires coming from the cable that connects the cart and connect the board wires to them, had to extend the wires, red to white, black to black. Now the charger works again. Thank you

Don't buy! Cooks batteries!
Don't buy this circuit board! It was still charging my batteries at 47 volts and hadn't shut off. It should shut off between 44-45 volts. This will ruin batteries fast. Buy the Golf Cart King circuit board instead. It works and the shut off voltage is adjustable. No compensation for either purchase, just an honest review.
