For ORECK XL Vacuums BEST Roller (BRUSH ROLL + 6 BELTS)

Great price to keep my vacuum rolling and sucking. My roommate somehow ches through my belts. Haha I'll definitely be reordering.

I bought one of these as a backup just in case I needed one and after the original roller stopped spinning I was very grateful I had this one. Fits perfectly and was pretty easy to install, thanks!

I purchased my Oreck XL 8300 back in the 80s at a local neighborhood Appliance Store. It actually came with a handheld Oreck Buster B. Through the years, I've replaced the belt a few times. However, recently, the vacuum started making a high pitched squeal and produced a funny smell. I tried readjusting the belt and roller, but that didn't help, I didn't want to buy a new vacuum so I started researching fixes on the Internet. I didn't realize that the bearings, in the roller/beater, are known to jam and wear out. I found the Oreck roller/beater on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I'm glad that I did! I replaced the roller and belt and was super surprised when I tested the vacuum cleaner and it pulled forward on its own power! I did not expect that at all. I don't even remember if it did that when I first bought it. I'm glad that I gave the replacement a try. There's plenty of videos on YouTube showing how to replace the belt and roller. It's fairly easy.

I had to purchase another one because the old one was finished. The new brush picks up so good and I had forgotten how it used to make the carpet fibers stand up. The carpet felt so good to my feet. I love the Oreck brand.

This was a drop-in replacement for the worn out brush on my Oreck XL Commercial XL2100RHS vacuum.It was easy to install and works very well. No complaints.Haven't used the belts that were included as I had already sourced some from elsewhere before getting this set.

You don't notice the gradual decline in cleaning performance until it's too late. Then you realise the job is taking twice the time it used to yet the result still doesn't look good. Replacing the Brush Roll and Belt was the solution, literally restoring the cleaner's performance to brand new standard. Surfaces now look great and I save a load of time... money well spent!
