STANLEY FATMAX GBCPRO2 Multi-Volt Golf Cart & Vehicle Battery Charger/Maintainer

Good luck trying to find a multi-voltage battery charger other than this one. So far I have used this charger to charge 6v and 8v golf cart batteries in addition to a small 48v battery bank. The only complaint I have is that its takes a pretty long time to fully charge anything. If your ok with a very slow charge, this works great. If you are looking for something that charges fast, this isn't the charger for you.

This is the worst charger I've ever used. Not sure where the 20A rating comes from, but the back of the product shows:- 5A for 6V, 8V, 12V, or 24V- 4A for 36V- 3A for 48VAll those ratings are assuming you can get it to charge. I tried charging 4x12V in series (ie, 48V), and all it would do is flash the fault light at me. I tried a single 12V, and it kept flashing the fault light AND the charge light, followed by the ready light (the fault light flashed the entire time).

Excellent charger! I manage a repair shop for autoscrubber and I use daily for scrubbers ranging from 24-36v. It has been an excellent charger! Been using for a couple months!

i also would like to know about the '20 AMPS' comes from - bait & switch???fault light - i had the same problem - not charging my 4 x 12 = 48 with the alligator clips - fault flashing.when in doubt - 'read the instructions' - lo & behold - says to use 'ring' connector! - IT WORKS!! - look at black connecters - notice how many contacts different type of leads - some have more than others - each connectors is different - providing different info to unit for different voltage

I have a 48v Yamaha golf cart, and bought this charger when the factory one died. It worked okay for about 9 months, then quit. No lights, no fan, no signs of life at all. I always got the flashing fault light, when it worked, but it did charge my batteries just fine. It wasn't the fastest charge in the world, but overnight we'd be back to full, so that was good enough for me. Hoping Stanley will replace it under warranty since we haven't made it to a year yet.

Fast shipping as work great small but does the job.

Stanley this is an amazing concept and price point. I repair golf carts and bought this to assist me as it comes with Ezgo and Club car quick connects plus alligator clips that I can use for other brands. The other reviews hit the spot. It doesn't seem to work. I tried the charger on a variety of carts. Ezgo 36V, Ezgo 48v txt, Club Car precedent 48 v, alligator clips on 2015 Club car as it requires a special charger. I could not get it to charge any sadly. If you read this review I'd love to test this if any revisions are made. I expect a better product or quality control from Stanley. Please go back to the drawing board. The Golf cart world needs a quality, versatile charger in this price point!
