Must be a problem with this model
I have a 16 camera system with 14 geovision cameras of all makes and models. In 5 years, I had 1 lose it's IR functions and 1 that lost its IR cut function (LEDs on, but image still very dark). When I found these at $99 I ordered 4 of them. The first lost video within 2 weeks. I put up 2 more and one lost video within 2 days. I put up the last one and it lost video the next day. After Geovision support logged in to my system and tried several things, they told me to contact the seller about an RMA. I did and days later... haven't heard anything. So, 1 of 4 work which equates to a $400 camera...

I have installed 7 of these cameras over a 1yr period 1 failed geovision replaced no problem excellent pic good price. They work best on geovision VMS software which is free and very versatile, the accessories like io boards allow you to do ALOT.

Most Geovision cameras are very good. This one is not
This camera is priced this low for a reason. You get what you pay for; it's a cheap, not-well-made camera. I had one (unfortunately not from Amazon) that completely died within the two year warranty period. Geovision sent me a refurbished camera to replace it. The refurbished camera had no video output. Got another one that supposedly was brand new. The night vision LED didn't work. Most Geovision cameras are very good. This one is not. Buyer beware!!
