I added Soil Vigor to two pots of petunias I planted a month ago. I worked it down into the potting soil with a trowel and also sprinkled some on the surface. Whoa! I'm so happy! Immediately after adding the Soil Vigor and watering these pots, the petunias--which had been hanging over the side--STOOD UP! Three days later, they're still standing up! They look amazing. I haven't watered them in three days, even with Utah temps in the 80's. The soil still has moisture and IT'S COOL TO THE TOUCH! This stuff really works!! Your plants will love you...

They seem to help with keeping the moistness in the soil, I had never used this type of thing in my plants before, so I had put a heaping scoop in my soil....come to find out, when I looked at my newly planted plants, they were almost overflowing the pot they were in! LmaoSo you don't need much....Next time, ill know! Yes, ill be buying them again!

These little crystals keep your potted plants from drying out, they work amazing and swell up to 50 times their size to keep all those small and large pots from needing to be watered every day or some even twice a day, and if you leave town you can be assured when you come back they will still be alive! This product is fantastic! I cannot sing it’s praises enough. We had to replace landscaping due to the crazy weather over the winter season. After replacing it we then got hit with very little rain. I found this product and thought it was worth a try. I dug out away from the root and mixed deep into the dirt. Everything is thriving. Thank you for an outstanding product!

So, buy some women's pantyhose, dump a bunch of these in, tie the pantyhose off, put in a tub of water.Come back 8hrs or so later, now the crystals have absorbed water, put the crystal filled pantyhose in bucket, they'll be heavy, bring out to tree I planted, put tree in crotch and wrap legs around.Bam, automatic waterer wrapped around tree base, just leave it there, keeps tree watered. I have done this for three so far, all is well. Just got rain and they puffed up a bit more, as you would want to see, seem to be doing great.I bought the actual auto waterers that do similar, been using them for years, but at $130 or so for 4 of them, they are leaving my wallet in the dust, so I decided to try and make my own, hence these, much cheaper.Plus, I tend to end up hitting them with my brush cutter, which really strains the pocketbook, so making my own helps that hurt less.
