This is the best pillow I’ve ever brought - have had it for several weeks now, it holds its shape, hasn’t gone lumpy, and provides the perfect amount of support (I’m a side sleeper). Sleeping better than I have for years - brilliant

I like a nice thick plump firm pillow. These greatly surpassed my expectations. Honestly they are soooo good. They are nice and firm but they are soft enough to mould around your face/head. I also don’t get too hot which I do as I’m at that age. For the first time in a long time I didn’t wake up with a bad neck which I get from others I’ve bought. I have added them to my favourites and when I need a new one, these will be my choice every time. Delivered on time. I love Amazon because you can always rely on them.UPDATE: October 23 I bought a second pack of these because I wanted to make sure I had some. Gutted because these aren’t half as plump as the ones I bought the first time round. Definitely cost more but not as nice as the first twin pack I bought.Have you changed suppliers?

I like it a lot, but I feel it is too soft...

I wasn't sure at first, when l took the pillows out of the packaging l thought they were too soft but l tried them out last night and were very comfortable. first time for a long time l didn't wake up with a bad neck.Hope they last!

Had one of these before which was lovely, gave it to hubby and ordered another one - unfortunately had nowhere near as much stuffing as the first one so returned it unused even though it had been left to inflate and puff up.

Just got them today and tried them out. Very plump, you kinda sink in,but still have good support, they bounce back right away. Very comfortable

I purchased this because the spec was very similar to my existing (excellent but no longer made) pillow. I checked reviews and answers to see the firmness and it was supposed to be medium/firm for the most part. Although I prefer firmer, the image was the deciding factor as it showed the item as being thick/a good height. I left the pillow for over 24hrs in the hope in filled out more but it didn't. Not only is it very soft, its very thin (see title and imagine a couple of custard creams!). It is well made, which is the reason for the 2* review but for what it is, I would say is slightly overpriced. I was due to return it, but a family member liked it so its gone to a new home

Please, note to the seller, USE A SIGN on the outside box for anxious buyers like me which used a knife to cut the box not knowing the pillow was just behing the thin carton. Use a sign telling, take care when opening the box, do not use knife etc.. I cut one of the pillows as I eagerly opened the box... The pillows are really nice, if you don't cut them when opening the package/the carton box they come in..
