This is day four of taking these supplements. I take both in the morning. I take the CLA pills 30 minutes before I eat my meal replacement shake (fit miss chocolate delight) then take the appetite suppressant while drinking my shake. The first four days I did not feel any effect. I was still eating my lunch at 10:40 then go home starving in the evening and eat way more than I should. However, day 4 I put vanilla almond milk instead of reduced sugar almond milk and it was much more filling. I am not sure it's the pills or the shake. I do have to admit I have a slight headache and feel a little foggy. It could also be because I am a teacher and I'm trying to make it through the last two weeks of school! The price is right and worth a try. I'm giving it 4 stars because it did not work immediately for me. Thankfully they're easy to swallow and I do not think they have a taste!

This is PERFECT! I’ve read reviews about people getting headaches and even some people saying they are more. I experienced none of these issues! I was eating less junk food and more real meals! Lost a good amount of weight and felt way better! Overall this can get a 10 from me..waiting for it to be back in stock, I even went to the company site to buy them and they are out of stock as well, I hope when they restock the pills they don’t change the formula!

The is a good product but the tast is bad but easy to swallow. Down 14 lbs with these and the gym.
