You can see the seam down the side of the glass - which I did not like (not shown in the picture), but for the price they are great. I use them for everyday use. They are heavy enough not to tip over, but not too heavy when they are full. The glasses sparkle a little like crystal under light. Beverages look great in them: clear liquids and colored drinks. They wash well in the dishwasher without fogging. I have dropped a couple of them and they did not break (on wood floors). I would recommend them, oh when you get them, you have to wash them well: mine had a "film" on them. Hope you enjoy yours.

We have a 1901 house and our style is simple/functional vintage, so things that fit the house but are modern functional and stand up to heavy use since there is not much storage or extra space for things that don't do double or triple duty. I was looking for something that didn't look out of place that could go with plain white day to day dishes or something that could hold it's own at table for holidays with the family. I was worried it would be thin or easy to break (there is nothing soft in a house this old). I was pleasantly surprised, these are heavy, feel substantial, and are standing up to contant/heavy use well. The pattern is on the outside, silly to mention, but sometimes it isn't and makes it hard to clean. Also, the pattern isn't so deep that is makes it necessary to scrub hard to get it clean either. We use these multiple times a day, everyday. These are easy to wash and pretty enough that suit very well on our open upper shelving. Would 100% buy again. Excellent product.
