I purchased this plane for my son as a Christmas present. It was very easy to set up out of the box. He is 17 years old and was able to fly the plane right away without any instruction. It flew just fine after charging the battery and he had a lot of fun I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to get into radio control, airplanes or just looking for something fun to zip around your local field.

I flew it for about five minutes before the motor flew off. I had to tape it and wire it back on. It broke extreme fast right after. Battery life is only about five minutes. I do not recommend it’s very fun yes but performance whys it does not do very good

The plane was pretty much ready to fly right out of the box. Just needed to charge the batteries (you get 2) and install into the battery compartment. Have the other battery handy for the next flight. No need to put on the landing gear unless you have a wide open paved area with no obstacles such as trees or cars. It's very easy to just throw the plane gently into the air (heading into the wind if any). FLY IT IN A VERY LARGE OPEN FIELD SINCE IT WILL END UP IN A TREE OR ON A ROOFTOP IF YOU DON'T!!! My 8 year old grandson and I had a blast each taking turns flying it. I may buy another one soon so we can have air battles or races. (NOTE) after writing this, I flew it way to high on a 10-12 mph wind and it drifted away into a gated condo complex. Lost it but bought another and will learn a lesson...Fly it high only if winds are calm. That way it won't drift away with the wind when you cut the throttle!

The first one we ordered would not fly because the 3 axis gyro was not working. The replacement plane works great, both ground runway takeoff and hand launch. I would have given five stars but I had to re-glue the engine back on. Other than that it's a really fun flier. All's well that ends well!

Put landing gear on, Installed battery in remote and aircraft and hand launched into flight. Very easy for my 9 year old to fly even in a light variable breeze.Better than expected!Update,8 days later and many rough landings and crashes....still flying. Best R/C aircraft a child could have!!!

Controls are horrible. Plane is too lightweight to control. Upon launching this thing, we had it on the neighbors roof in under 30 seconds. Will absolutely not handle in any type of wind - not even a light breeze. Controller is awful and isn’t responsive enough to control the plane. Whole experience with this junk was negative. Returned.
