ARCONE G-FLY-A1101 The Fly Safety Goggles, Clear Lens and Silver Mirror Finish

I was looking for an alternative to glasses that don't fog easily, and these never fogged. I worked for about 4 hours before I realized I still had them on. I also did some pipe work while working directly above my head and while particles were flying I feel anything bounce around these goggles.

Visibility is great (although darker tinting would be a nice option) and as the reviews state, these definitely make you look like a dangerous lunatic, which is maybe the message more people should be going for to keep lookie-lous away when they're operating power tools.

These are okay. Decent quality plastic lenses, curved. The elastic is good quality as well, and adjustable. The foam lining the goggles is absolute garbage, super thin and low quality. This is a cheaper item but for the price I expected something with more cushion that wasn't lightly glued on. Otherwise they work. Maybe not quite worth the 16 something dollars but they're alright.

I found The Fly goggles to be quite comfortable for roughly 1.5 hours, but after that point they began leaving marks on my nose/face, and I found myself constantly adjusting them. However, the look of the goggles made quite an impact on the other lift truck drivers, and my supervisors. (which was my intended goal) Unfortunately, due to the fact that these goggles obscure my peripheral vision, I cannot use them as my everyday safety wear. I'm disappointed about this fact, BUT, for people who: 1- Want stylish safety for their eyes 2- can focus directly ahead while doing their job without need of peripheral vision and 3- love making people double-take and talk about you these are an excellent choice. I'm sending mine to a tiny heavy metal rocker chick to wear on-stage, where she'll likely get quite the reaction from her fans.

I didn't notice these safety goggles were actually named "The Fly" when I bought them to wear doing pest abatement in the garden of a moldering old estate. Now I can feel I look as creepy as the place makes me feel! If only I could, I would give them ten stars!

After seeing these on a reputable YouTube channel I figured I give them a try. I work ok my vehicles quite regularly, and anyone that's been under a car knows how much stuff ends up in your eyes. I had high hopes for these, they appeared to have great coverage all the way around your eyes. These couldn't get any more uncomfortable if they tried. The foam around the eyes that rest against your eye sockets is right on par with a dollar tree dish spong. I'm not kidding. It's the kind of foam that looks like foam until you touch it, and it's smashed completely flat with zero cushioning abilities... yeah that kind. I'm hoping I can either grind some material away to make them wearable for more than 30 seconds. Can't recommend to anyone.

the elastic is good and durable and has survived being in an actual desert dust storm. this is my second pair only bc i wanted to paint it a different color

These safety glasses scratch easily .. only worn them for a week and the right lens is almost completely scratched up.
