Casenote Legal Briefs: Land Use: Keyed to Callies, Freilich, and Roberts's Land Use, 5th Ed. 5th Edition

I use Case Briefs for every class that they are available. However, not all of them are worth the money because they contain a lot of grammatical errors and usually leave out a significant detail that the prof will want you to know. The Land Use one is spot on and can help when you are not understanding the holding of case. Definitely recommend picking it up.

Concise, and a very helpful supplement to my main planning law textbook. These are well organized, so you get the sense of how these court cases tie together and build on each other.
