This is the first creatine I've bought where it doesn't impact the flavour of whatever you add it to. Even water remains pleasant to drink.I do also find that if I dissolve it in a small amount of warm water before topping up with chilled water, then it dissolves far better too.

This product is tasteless, so you can mix it with whatever drink you happen to like "today".It has a nice combination of different creatine derivatives, which is quite efficient in my experience.You do feel the kick when using this product, and you do so every time you use the product.I haven't noticed any digestion problems or other side effects, and I don't gain weight by using this product.
