Dell Inspiron 1545
This battery works for the Dell Inspiron 1545. It gives a total of 3:45 min more battery life then stock battery I have. I currently was given a Dell inspiron laptop. I use Linux with it and turned it into a dvd media player. Battery life improved alot with this upgrade. Stock battery was going bad and roughly held a charge for 30min.

Fixed my dead battery issues
My battery stays plugged in most of the time. After a few years the battery started losing life. I was literally down to 1% while plugged in and was scared my laptop would crash at any minute. This came just in time, and I am back at 100%.

Junk only lasted a few months
This is what happened I put the laptop to charge one day thinking it would be charged overnight. Turned it on the next day and it kept saying 6%I thought maybe I didn't plug it in properly so I was like ok otl charge as I'm using the laptop...nop it shut down the laptop because the defective battery was overloading the charger and the third time my dell was doing an automatic update it shut down in the middle of the update deleting 80% of the content in my laptop games pictures everything. This is the price I paid for relying on subpar equipment.
